Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are packed the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment the label is scanned.

• —Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150
• —Flat $9 below that, anywhere we ship
• —Delivery is typically 3–8 business days depending on country
• —Duties and import taxes outside the US are the recipient's responsibility

We do not ship to PO boxes, because the couriers we use won't deliver to them.

Returns

Anything unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached can come back within 30 days of delivery.

• —Return shipping is free from the US, UK and EU
• —Elsewhere, return postage is at your cost
• —Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel
• —Final Cut items are still returnable — the "no restock" applies to us, not to you

To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send a label.

Exchanges

We don't process exchanges directly, because a size you want can sell out while your parcel is in transit. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order — it's faster and you don't lose the size.
